Terms of Service

I provide residential and commercial cleaning within approximately 20 miles of Jonesboro, AR. Every service is done personally by me. What is included, the price, and the schedule are all confirmed with you before your appointment.

Life happens and I completely understand that. If you need to cancel or reschedule, just give me at least 24 hours notice so I can offer that time to someone else. Last-minute cancellations may result in a small fee at my discretion. If I ever need to reschedule due to illness or an emergency, I will reach out as soon as possible to get you rebooked.

Please make sure I can get in at the scheduled time. If I arrive and cannot access the property, a trip fee may apply to cover the drive. Just a heads-up to have things ready beforehand!

I take great care in every home I clean. That said, I am not responsible for items that are already damaged, fragile, or improperly installed before I arrive. If there is anything delicate that needs special attention, just let me know ahead of time and I will work around it. I always want you to feel comfortable, so I suggest putting away any cash or valuables before your cleaning.

If anything is not right after your cleaning, just reach out within 24 hours and I will come back to make it right at no extra charge. Your satisfaction genuinely matters to me.

Payment is due at the time of service unless we have arranged something else in advance. I will confirm accepted payment methods at booking. Easy and straightforward.

Pets are welcome and I love animals! To keep everyone comfortable and safe during the cleaning, it helps to have your pets in a separate room or area. I am not responsible for pets that get out or are injured if they are not secured during the appointment.

I may take before and after photos during a cleaning to use on my website or social media. I will never include your name, address, or any identifying details. If you would rather I not take photos at your home, just let me know before your appointment and I will absolutely respect that.

I reserve the right to decline or end a service if working conditions are unsafe or if I am treated disrespectfully. This is rarely ever a concern, but it is worth mentioning.

The pricing estimators and quote tools on this website are proprietary to Sparkle N Shine Cleaning LLC and are provided exclusively for prospective and current clients to obtain personal service estimates. They may not be accessed, copied, scraped, or used for any competitive, commercial, or benchmarking purpose. Any competing cleaning or home services business is expressly prohibited from using these tools or reproducing any pricing outputs generated by them.

Sparkle N Shine Cleaning LLC reserves all rights in and to the tools and their underlying pricing methodology. Unauthorized use may result in legal action under applicable unfair competition and trade secret law. By using this website, you confirm that you are not a competitor and are accessing these tools solely to obtain a personal estimate.

These terms may be updated occasionally. Continued use of my services means you are okay with any changes.
