Not at all. Many clients provide a key or entry code so I can clean while they're at work or running errands. I'll always let you know when I've arrived and when I'm finished.

I love animals, but for everyone's safety I ask that pets be secured in a separate room or area during the cleaning. This keeps your furry family members safe and lets me do my best work without interruption.

Payment is due at the time of service. I accept cash, Venmo (@sparklenshinecleaningllc), and Square online payments. I'll confirm your preferred payment option at the time of booking.

I'm based in Jonesboro, AR and serve clients within approximately 20 miles. If you're not sure whether I cover your area, just reach out and I'll let you know.

Yes, just give me at least 24 hours notice and I'll get you rescheduled. Late cancellations may be subject to a small fee at my discretion.
